빠른 답변을 위해 기기 모델, OS 버전, 게임 버전(설정 맨 아래), 그리고 결제 문의라면 스토어 영수증의 주문 번호를 함께 적어 주세요. 주문 번호는 Apple·Google이 보낸 영수증 이메일이나 reportaproblem.apple.com(App Store), Google Play 주문 내역에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

진행 상황이 사라졌어요

게임에는 계정이 없고 진행 상황은 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 진행 상황이 사라질 수 있으며, 운영자 서버에 사본이 없어 복구해 드릴 수 없습니다. 기기 백업(iCloud, Google 백업)에서 기기를 복원하면 함께 돌아올 수 있습니다.

구매한 아이템이 안 보여요

  • 설정 › 구매 복원을 눌러 주세요. 구매할 때와 같은 Apple ID / Google 계정으로 로그인되어 있어야 합니다.
  • 광고 제거, 배달 패스, 탈것·헬멧 세트처럼 한 번 사는 상품은 복원됩니다. 모이·코인처럼 쓰면 없어지는 상품은 구매 즉시 지급되며 복원 대상이 아닙니다.
  • 결제는 됐는데 지급되지 않았다면 게임을 완전히 껐다 켠 뒤 다시 확인하고, 그래도 없으면 스토어 영수증의 주문 번호를 이메일로 보내 주세요.
  • "결제 승인 대기" 상태(보호자 승인 등)는 승인되면 자동으로 지급됩니다.

환불하고 싶어요

결제와 환불은 각 스토어가 자체 정책에 따라 처리하므로, 주문 번호를 확인한 뒤 해당 스토어에 요청해 주세요. App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com · Google Play: Google Play 환불 안내

도움이 필요하면 주문 번호와 함께 이메일로 알려 주세요. 운영자는 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않으니 메일에 적지 마세요.

광고는 어떻게 나오나요?

  • 보상형 광고(이어 달리기, 보상 배수, 상자 바로 열기 등)는 직접 버튼을 눌렀을 때만 나오며 하루 횟수 제한이 있습니다. 끝까지 시청해야 보상이 지급됩니다.
  • 중간 광고는 배송 결과 화면에서 다음으로 넘어갈 때만, 일정 횟수·시간 간격을 두고 나옵니다. 광고 제거를 구매하면 중간 광고가 영구히 사라지며, 보상형 광고는 원할 때 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
  • 맞춤형 광고 설정은 게임 설정의 광고 개인정보 설정(필요한 지역에서 표시)과 iOS 설정 › 개인정보 보호 및 보안 › 추적에서 바꿀 수 있습니다.

상자는 판매하나요?

아니요. 상자는 출석, 업무, 배달 패스, 무료 상자 타이머 등으로만 무료로 얻을 수 있습니다. 상자별 확률은 게임 안의 상자 정보 버튼에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

알림을 끄고 싶어요

게임 설정의 알림 스위치나 기기 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다. 알림은 하루 최대 1번, 무료 상자·연속 출근·오늘의 배송에 대해서만 보냅니다.

조작이 어려워요

오른쪽 페달은 가스, 왼쪽 페달은 브레이크입니다. 공중에서는 가스가 앞을 들고 브레이크가 앞을 숙입니다. 두 바퀴로 착지하면 짐이 덜 상하고, 결승선 뒤 ×5 칸에 멈추면 짐값이 5배가 됩니다. 접근성을 위해 설정에서 자동 적재를 켤 수 있습니다.

내 데이터를 삭제하고 싶어요

게임에는 계정이 없어 운영자가 보관하는 진행 데이터가 없고, 구매 기록을 보관하는 서버도 운영하지 않습니다. 기기의 게임 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 지워집니다. 결제 내역은 Apple과 Google이 보관하며, 사본이나 삭제는 Apple 데이터 및 개인정보 보호 또는 Google 계정에서 요청할 수 있습니다(Apple과 Google에서는 계정 자체를 삭제해야만 결제 내역이 삭제될 수 있습니다). 운영자에게 보낸 문의 메일의 삭제를 원하시면 이메일로 알려 주세요. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침 6항을 참고하세요.

To help us answer quickly, please include your device model, OS version, the Game's version (bottom of Settings) and, for purchase issues, the order number from your store receipt. You can find it in the receipt email from Apple or Google, at reportaproblem.apple.com (App Store) or in your Google Play order history.

My progress is gone

The Game has no accounts and saves progress only on your device. Deleting the app or clearing its data can erase your progress, and since we keep no copy on any server we cannot recover it. Restoring your device from a backup (iCloud, Google backup) may bring it back.

I can't see something I bought

  • Tap Settings › Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account you bought with.
  • One-time purchases (Remove Ads, Delivery Pass, vehicle and helmet bundles) are restored. Items that get used up, like Seeds and coins, are delivered at purchase time and are not restorable.
  • If you were charged but did not receive your item, fully close and reopen the Game. If it is still missing, email us the order number from your store receipt.
  • Purchases waiting for approval (for example "Ask to Buy") are delivered automatically once approved.

Refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by the stores under their own policies, so please request a refund from the store you bought from, with your order number. App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com · Google Play: Google Play refund help

If you need help, email us the order number. We never receive card numbers or other payment details, so please do not include them.

How do ads work?

  • Rewarded ads (keep going after a crash, reward multiplier, open a crate now, and similar) only play when you tap their button, and are limited per day. Watch to the end to get the reward.
  • Interstitial ads only appear when moving on from a delivery result, with minimum gaps in time and runs. Remove Ads removes interstitials for good, and rewarded ads stay available whenever you want them.
  • Change ad personalization from Ad Privacy Choices in the Game's settings (shown where required) and in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

Do you sell crates?

No. Crates are only earned for free from attendance rewards, tasks, the Delivery Pass and the free crate timer. The odds for each crate are listed behind the info button in the Game.

Turning off notifications

Use the notification switch in the Game's settings or your device settings. We send at most one reminder a day, only about free crates, streaks and the Daily Delivery.

Controls

The right pedal is gas and the left pedal is brake. In the air, gas tilts the nose up and brake tilts it down. Landing on both wheels protects your cargo, and stopping on the ×5 zone past the finish line pays five times. For accessibility you can turn on Auto-Load in Settings.

Deleting your data

The Game has no accounts, so we hold no copy of your progress, and we run no server that stores purchase records. Game data on your device is removed when you delete the app. Purchase history is kept by Apple and Google; to get a copy of it or ask for it to be deleted, use Apple's Data and Privacy page or your Google Account (Apple and Google may only delete it by deleting your account). To have emails you sent us deleted, email us. See section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
